An illustrated talk by Kate Hebditch, Deputy Curator of Dorset County Museum on MARY ANNING
The Winter programme included Colin Varndell, the remarkable Wildlife Photographer and ‘Sea Life in Lyme Bay" - a presentation by Dr Tom Brereton
2000
The year 2000 saw a talk on T.E. Lawrence ‘Uncrowned King of Arabia’ by Elizabeth Lawrence in March and ‘Maiden Newton Water Meadows – an illustrated talk by Andy Elliott – Countryside Ranger for Dorset County Council in April as part of the Spring programme.
In November an illustrated talk with recorded commentary was made by Elizabeth Lawrence on ’HARDY AND WESSEX’
